A complex beside Kikvidze Park, where residents use both the green space inside and one of the city’s finest recreational zones next door.

“Your Home by Kikvidze Park” stands at the crossing of Eristavi and Chkondideli streets, next to Kikvidze Park. Its position lets residents use not only the green space inside the complex but one of the city’s finest recreational zones - Veterans’ Park. We carried out the project together with Rectus.

Like other complexes built on the same concept, it brings together homes, a recreational zone and commercial space, which makes the neighbourhood a functional and lively place to live. As in the other projects, you will find handmade figures here and stairwells finished with paintings.
