Since 2013, ARCI, together with the Estonian company First Telecom Trading, has been building modern urban residential districts in the capital. The new districts stand out for their living environment: recreational spaces, playgrounds and sports grounds, and a varied commercial infrastructure.

  1. The concept

    Your Home is the concept ARCI has built in five districts of Tbilisi since 2013: a modern urban neighbourhood with its own recreational spaces, playgrounds and commercial infrastructure.

  2. Partners

    Within the Your Home concept, several projects have been realised across Tbilisi - in Saburtalo, by Lisi Lake, in Nadzaladevi and in the Samgori district. All were carried out in partnership with the Estonian partners, except Your Home by Kikvidze Park, in which American investors took part.
