The fifth project of the Your Home concept, opposite the new Sports Palace, with a 10,000 m² central square that has already become the neighbourhood’s favourite place.
“Your Home on University Street” is the fifth project of the Your Home concept, being built at 20a University Street, opposite the new Sports Palace and beside the TSU library.
Alongside the 15 residential houses, a free-standing commercial building of three to four storeys will be built on the site, holding shops of various kinds.
Our projects give great attention to recreational zones, to green and well-equipped children’s play areas, and to the calm, healthy environment we create for residents. That is why work on the central square began in the very first stage of construction. Today it has already become a favourite place for people in the neighbourhood.
The central square covers 10,000 m². Part of it is given over to entertainment, sport and children’s activities: play equipment of various kinds, exercise apparatus and table tennis. The other part is meant for quiet rest, with educational musical instruments, reading areas and walking paths.
Four residential houses are already built, and construction of the rest continues.
