Low-rise building 600 metres from Lisi Lake: four-storey houses, with half of the whole site given over to green space.

“Your Home at Lisi” stands at 19 Leo Kvachadze Street, just 600 metres from Lisi Lake, one of the largest recreational areas in Tbilisi.

Low-rise building - four-storey houses - and green space across half of the whole site make the concept of this complex more distinctive still. Ten of the thirteen houses are finished; the remaining three are under construction.

As in other complexes, planting and recreational space carry particular weight here. Much of the site is already complete: the squares and children’s areas are finished, along with exercise zones and basketball and football pitches. You will also find the handmade elements characteristic of our projects, a colourful path finished with all sorts of details, and wall painting.

The ground floors of the first and second houses hold commercial space, which is filling with shops of various kinds. A market and a café are already open.
